1. Who We Are
PrajnaVibes is a community management platform operated for Greenfield Residences. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
2. Data We Collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and household unit. When you enroll in coaching batches, we collect attendance records and payment information. When you use the marketplace or community feed, we store your posts, listings, and comments. For minor enrollments, we collect the guardian's name and phone number.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for community management purposes: managing memberships, coaching enrollments, attendance tracking, fee collection, marketplace operations, and community communications. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party outside the community administration.
4. Data Visibility
Your name, household unit, and role are visible to other community members. Your email and phone are visible only to community administrators, coaches (for enrolled students), and marketplace sellers (when you express interest). Your attendance and payment records are visible only to you, your coach, and community administrators.
5. Minor's Data & Parental Consent
For members under 18 years of age, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before enrollment in any coaching batch. The guardian's name and contact information are stored alongside the enrollment record. Parents/guardians may request modification or deletion of their child's data at any time.
6. Data Security
All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt). Sessions expire automatically after 2 hours of inactivity. Access to personal data is restricted by role-based permissions. All forms are protected against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the community administrator. Upon withdrawal, your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for financial records.
